- Lemon juice
- 2 of coconut oil
- 2 of collagen

Carrot Ginger Detox Soup Recipe
- 2 pounds of chopped carrots
- 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
- 6 cups of bone or vegetable broth

- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- 2 of ghee or coconut oil

Red Lentil Detox Soup
- ¼ cup of coconut oil, ghee, or olive oil
- 2 peeled and chopped sweet potatoes

- ½ cup of rinsed red lentils
- ½ of ground cumin
- ½ tsp. of chili powder
- ½ tsp. of paprika
- 4 ½ cups of vegetable or bone broth

- Black pepper
- Coconut cream for topping
Put some oil in a pot and warm it up on medium heat. Then, add the sweet potatoes, apple, carrots, and onion in it and cooke for approximately 10 minutes. Add ginger, lentils, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and broth to the pot, as well and let them boil. Then, leave it to simmer for 30 minutes until everything softens. Blend the soup until it becomes thick and even. Afterward, pour the blended mixture back in the pot again and let it simmer. Add some water if needed. At the end, season it and finish it with the coconut cream.
