– 4 eggs
– 90 g walnuts
– 90 g flax seeds
– 90 g sunflower seeds
– 90 g sesame seeds
– 90 g pumpkin seeds
– 100 ml of water
– ½ teaspoon of baking soda
Take the eggs, put them in a bowl and whisk them. Then, add a pinch of salt. Next, add in the baking soda and the water. Grind all of the seeds type in order to turn into a fine ‘flour’. Mix everything together and put the mixture in the pre-heated oven to bake. Bake it at 180°C for 50 minutes.
