Baking Soda Foot Soak
3 Tbsp. of baking soda
4 liters of warm water in a bucket
scrub sponge/pumice stone
Add the baking soda in the bucket of water and stir until it dissolves. Then, add several drops of lavender oil and put your feet to soak in it for 20 minutes. Next, take the sponge (or a pumice stone) and rub the underside of your feet. Apply some and go to bed. Repeat this procedure twice a week.
If you want a more intense homemade pedicure, prepare a paste of water and baking soda and scrub your feet before you rub them with the sponge.
