Our body is constantly sending us signals in a form of pain whenever something is wrong in our organism. Usually we brush off some of these signals as temporary small pains due to stretching or stiffness and don’t give these signals a second thought. However there are certain body parts which if are in pain – should never be ignored as they can result in serious health issues and consequences.

Lungs and Diaphragm
If you feel pain in the upper shoulders or neck then you probably have an issue with your diaphragm or lungs.
If you feel pain in the left side of your chest, it is a signal of a heart problem. Pay more attention to the left side of your chest since it is associated with the heart.
Stomach and Pancreas
