It is packed with potent bleaching and stain removing properties and it has an antibacterial properties which remove tartar and microbes and cure your bad breath.

Preparing The Mouthwash:

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tbsp. of Baking Soda
  • ½ a tsp. of Salt
  • ½ a cup of Hydrogen Peroxide
  • 1 cup of cold Water
  • ½ a cup of warm Water
  • Toothpicks
  • Toothbrush

Instructions:

Start off by combining the salt and baking soda, then wet the toothbrush in some warm water. Spread the mixture on the toothbrush, and brush your teeth then spit out. Repeat this for 2 minutes.

Once done, mix the hydrogen peroxide with some warm water and use the solution to rinse your mouth for one minute. In the end, remove the tartar from between your teeth using a toothpick, and rinse your mouth with cold water.

Repeat this procedure twice a week and do oil pulling.
