Cough Syrup Recipe
½ kg of carrots (organic)
3 Tbsp. of honey
Dice the carrots into several small pieces and put them in a pot. Fill the pot with some water and let them boil. Then, leave them to simmer until they become soft. Remove them from the heat and take them out of the pot. But, keep the leftover water. Next, mash them by using a spoon or a fork. Put the honey in the carrot-water and together with the mashed carrots, put them in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Store it in a container and put it in the fridge for 3 days.
Consume 3 spoons of this syrup on a daily basis. You will notice the improvements after the 2nd day.
